Proposals/treatment/project outlines - objectives , requirements , deadline, proposal, target audience 

production schedule - equipment , personal data , dates for each activity, contingency plan

SWOT analysis - strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats compete against other competitors 

asset log - things that you need to make a project

call sheet - a document that is sent out to the cast and crew that outlines where they need to be for the following shoot day

risk assessment (recess) - Health and safety

story board - The shot types and the scene description, key editing and how long the shot is on screen for 

-script - performance , dialogue , scene synopsis, show non diagtic and diabetic sound, scene number, synopsis, location , editing techniques

shooting script - script for the cast telling them when to film 

concept art - drafts , original plans  location of the places , texture, character  shape and movement 

visualisation diagram - rough drawing of what a final static image will look like, has annotations to describe the ideas position and layout of elements 

flat plan / wireframe - used for websites and apps, has navigation, where the pictures are played out with a box with a cross, 

prototype - a model that is used to demonstrate the qualities of a future part, product or service, demonstrates what your idea is going to do and look like 

page mock-up a visual draft of a web page or application 

set design - for television and film , indoor and out door 

form (i.e. consent, release) - locations actors and models, has to have signatures on there

site structure diagram - how you organise a websites content, how pages websites and apps link 

a page mock up -for newspaper
